2020 is an extraordinary year. At the beginning of the new year, all Chinese people found themselves engaged in an unexpected battle against COVID-19. The flames of this c onflict have yet to be extinguished and have spread to over 190 countries worldwide. This unforeseen challenge has compelled people from all walks of life to confront new trials, as if the entire city had pressed a pause button. Our lives, work, families, and society have had no choice but to set aside our ongoing activities to face this reality hold-on and reconsider the issues surrounding our future development.
2020 is the third year since the FOXSUR team independently developed and produced foreign trade chargers. The outbreak of COVID-19 has undoubtedly posed multiple pressures and challenges for our company. However, we are grateful that new challenges will provide us with invaluable practical experience during our development process, enhancing our combat readiness in future competitive scenarios and strengthening our overall crisis management awareness. This also enables us to fulfill our social responsibilities while redefining our company's development philosophy and core values.We would like to express sincere gratitude to all customers, suppliers, and competent department who supported and assisted us during the pandemic. thanks for your support and guidance that we have been able to overcome numerous difficulties, challenges through tough times, enabling our company to reach a new level of development and achieve stable development.
I. Obtained encouraging sales results in 2020
Under the top-level design and wise guidance of General Manager Lee, along with targeted marketing strategies across different regions, we attained remarkable performance in 2020—an increase of 180% compared to 2019's sales figures. Such outstanding achievements could not have been realized without strong support from our valued customers as well as prompt responses from various suppliers.
II. Strong support for the development of regular customers
Our rapid growth can be attributed significantly to supporting existing clients who possess solid sales foundations alongside robust sales teams; after identifying a set number of clients, we refrained from adding more distributors which greatly enhanced client engagement while safeguarding their interests
(Note: Core foreign trade clients generate no less than one million RMB in annual gross profit).
III. Product quality and production process
Product quality improvement continues alongside increased production capacity; from material selection to manufacturing processes, quality optimization remains ongoing (Note: Due to severe overseas pandemic conditions this year leading to rising prices for imported materials such as chips, crystals, power transistors etc., overall product costs have increased by approximately 10%). In response for 2021 plans include introducing automated testing equipment for fully computerized product testing aimed at further reducing defect rates.
IV. New Product Development
2021, we will continue to launch 5 models of foreign trade chargers, 12V 24V 10A, 12V 24V 15A, 6V 12V 1.5A, etc. 7-stage charger with LCD display, their designs will significantly disrupt traditional charger aesthetics incorporating elements like globe-shaped forms or portable designs (Due to pending patent applications on appearance rights images cannot be disclosed at this time).
V. 2021 Charger Market Analysis
2021 is a expected year, partners should roll up their sleeves ready for hard work! With both pre-existing products combined with upcoming launches sufficient market coverage is anticipated throughout the year ahead. As demand surges so too does imitation among competitors offering low-priced alternatives—there’s no need for concern! We plan on applying additional domestic/international patents covering utility models software circuits etc., protecting our innovative designs moving forward. Currently we've procured several competitor chargers conducting comparative analyses revealing many were designed by outsourced software personnel lacking long-term interaction within battery contexts resulting in numerous impractical parameters—even some display screens being unclear!
VI. Enhancement of production capacity
At the end of 2020, customer has a strong demand for stocking, which is more than twice the usual demand, resulting in long-term insufficient production capacity, we would like to apologize. We have rented a new workshop to increase the production line in January 2021, and it will be officially begin at the end of February after the holiday, with an expected monthly output of 270000 units, which will greatly meet the production capacity needs of customers.
